Have you been 'fined'? I was."3b"

The case HOLL-MAG-3763/15 in Holland Park magistrate court (Brisbane)
'disobeying the speed limit' - District Court appeal

imageThis is going to be 2 pronged battle.
On one hand the procedure for the appeal in the District Court and
on the other hand keeping at bay mongrels wanting to take money off me.
In this section I put all the details in fight with hyenas wanting my money for nothing.

You may heard the story in anglo propaganda that Chinese apparently are charging the family of a shot criminal for the cost of the bullet to kill him.
Anglos are doing it, as usual, with higher level of perfidy - not only fines, not only 'court costs' but also typical hideous anglo invention - 'offender levy' in addition to those.
The thievery of that rotten system is limitless.

Hyenas are already salivating at the thought of robbing me, of course 'legally' and 'lawfully'.
SPER invoices

I sent my fiends document 'Promissory Note' which is the legal financial instrument in Australia, according to the Bill of Exchange Act 1909 Part IV Sections 89 to 95.
Of course I brought to their attention that I reserve the right to claim back that payment,
plus penalties plus interest, following the outcome of the current court case in this matter.
To pay the Promissory Note, I chose as the most suitable place, the address of Queensland Supreme Court building.

Unfortunately, when I was adding two SPER invoices using a calculator, there was an instrument error giving incorrect total amount which I noticed only few days later. Of course, I am not willing to give my fiends a tip, therefore I requested that she brought with her the cash difference between what is 'legally' owed to her and what is the face value of the Note.

As required by ‘law’ I sent The Promissory Note by registered mail with
confirmation of delivery.
Therefore it was ‘served’ as required.

On 3rd June 2016 at 10am I was at the address I specified, ready to sort out the payment.
Unfortunately that creature Natalie Barber, Director/Registrar of SPER did not show up to collect the money. All I could do was to go to
JP in court building and get confirmation that on the day and at the time I was in the building of Queensland Supreme Court - that is the address I specified for the payment of the Promissory Note.

I received the response from SPER acknowledging receiving my Promissory note.
They are blabbing something about ‘content not reflecting position at law’.
According to law, ‘terms of the Bill of Exchange Act 1909 Part IV Sections 89 to 95’
all is kosher, unless they want to stick to the law demanding all the payments to be made
by SILVER COINS ???????????

I am including here the RAW copy of my Promissory Note in .doc form so, other people
can edit it and modify to own circumstances.
