It is good to be a lawyer , isn`t it ? !

My problems with Russo and sabotaging of my appeal I described in the complaint I lodged with
Legal Services Commission which more appropriately should be called ' lawyers protection agency ' and not an organisation to protect the community against the unscrupulous peddlers in ' justice ' .
I had similar problems with 2 other lawyers involved in other aspects of the case against me - therefore such attitude towards clients and such deceitful and treacherous conduct seem to be a rule rather than an exception.

Appalling level of professional knowledge , the incompetence , disrespect , often malicious acting in bad faith or against the vital interest of the person who had to pay the ransom of the professional fee in return for vague promise – seem to be prevalent among Queensland lawyers .

Just like when the police investigating other police tend to not notice the obvious , so lawyers investigating other lawyers are clearly protecting the image and interests of their profession and do not let the public know the extend of malpractice, deceptiveness and crookedness in their ranks. ( ' closed shop ' situation)
Unfortunately , apart from talking nothing can be done , because the effective powers have been taken away from community and put in hands of ' our boys ' .

In my case the complaint has been rejected because it was ' vexatious ' and ' frivolous ' - quite interesting reading when it comes to reasoning of that statement by the Legal Services Commissioner - John Briton .
According to him a lawyer apparently has the right not to follow the clients instructions after receiving the money to pursue those instructions .

He found it necessary to educate me ( and others ) what happens next , after a person is duped into paying big money UPFRONT to crooks making false promises . They can do whatever they want without your permission and against your will ' even if you disagree with the way in which a case is presented ' ( by a lawyer ) .

It was so blatantly biased decision that I decided to pursue the matter in Court where administrative decisions can be reviewed looking at the lawfulness of the decision but not the merits of it .
There is no other effective place to complain about Commissioner decision who can act as kind of
' mini me ' character as long as the people in the establishment are happy with his actions (or the lack of them) .

The commissioner was represented by government lawyers and the hearing was set up to maintain the illusion of transparency as supposedly a ' public ' hearing . Although without ' public ' and anyone knowing what it is all about , without publicly available transcripts or any details it is hardly in public domain .

The judge ( Anthe I Philippides ) did not pay absolutely any attention to what I was presenting , busying herself with reading some documents . ( I could hear her thoughts – You do not have big money to pay ransom to one of our boys to say on your behalf what you are saying yourself . Since you are NOBODY I am going to ignore you because I want to talk only with the people of my own kind .)
Only when the government lawyer was talking she asked him some questions and was listening to his replies .
The judgement was rather remotely associated with the issues raised by me , none of my points was given consideration or notice .
